Payment

Payment accepted via PayPal. Payment for your order should be made within 7 days of purchase. After 10 days, the sale will be cancelled and the item will be relisted.

Shipping

All items are shipped via US Postal Service first class mail in a padded envelope. This service will typically take 3 to 7 days, but is not a gauranteed service and may take longer. Your order will be shipped within 7 days of receipt of payment. Insurance will be provided on all orders over $50 as part of the shipping costs.

Refunds and Exchanges

All items come with a 30 day return policy. This date is determined based on the shipping date and estimated arrival time.

After the 30 day return window, we continue to stand by our products and will repair or exchange your purchase as long as the damage is not deemed to be from abuse of the product. We do not cover loss or theft.
